What does this registration include? The Registration includes Buffet Lunch, morning / afternoon tea, Meeting Room. There are nearby eating places for the evening meal.

Room Reservation is complete with this Eventbrite registration, with payment for your Room made at the Hotel upon arrival. The room payment upon arrival includes breakfast. As an indication, the Room rate for twin share is approx USD60- per night per room (USD30- PP Per night Twin share)

Is my registration payment refundable? Yes, all payments made via Eventbrite are refundable, up until 20th January 2026 before the Common Ground 2026 Event. However, there is an Admin Fee (about 10% is deducted by Eventbrite) for cancellation.
