We examine biblical principles and learn practical tools that facilitate Jesus movements. Individual pre-study of six biblical cross-cultural subject areas is essential, as these topics are the foundation of the conference. For each study, there will be group discussion and a presentation to summarize the major points and principles. The subjects of the studies are:

1.      Introduction to the kingdom of God paradigm of the gospel

2.      Learning ministry from Jesus

3.      The gospel and Jewish religious identity

4.      The mobility of the gospel and the importance of “remaining”

5.      Becoming like: Paul’s ministry principles in different cultures

6.      Cultural communication: lessons from Acts

In addition, we present the following:

1.    Understanding world views, dark traditions, identity and practice.

2.      A biblical perspective of Hagar and Ishmael

3.      Prayer and prayer warfare; encountering and countering demonic forces

4.      How to answer five major objections to Jesus and the Bible

5.      How to use storying, including making our personal testimony understandable to all

6.      Biblical principles of community in new cultural settings (a study of ekklesia and oikos).
